Returns, repairs, alterations
I aim to create quality items that meet your expectations. Items are
all handmade by me. As with all handmade items some minor flaws or
differences may occur. I ask that you keep this in mind when ordering.
I am available to alter or repair any item that is flawed or ill-fitted
or that does not meet your expectations, so please feel free to contact
me with any concerns. Please try on your item and let me know within
10 days of receipt should any repair or alteration be needed. If
you contact me with a concern within 10 days or receipt, and a repair
or alteration is deemed necessary, I will do so at no charge. You
will be responsible for the cost of shipping to me, and I will cover
shipping back to you.
Returns are only accepted on pre-made items, customs are made to order
and cannot be returned except for defects in the item. If you wish
to return an item, I ask that you first send an email stating your
reason. If I can’t satisfy your concern, we will discuss the
terms of the return. Except for cases of defective merchandise, the
buyer will be responsible for return shipping. All return credit
will be given in the form of credit for other items on this site
except in the case of defective merchandise.

* Custom orders cannot be returned except in the case of defective
merchandise.
Custom Orders
Should you receive a custom item that is not to your satisfaction please
contact me and we can work out an arrangement for repair, alteration
or store credit with the original item returned to me.
By placing an order at flute song creations you agree to and will abide
by these policies.
